In the Republic of Turkey, there has been a significant increase in the industrial production of construction materials. According to data from the Turkish Association of Construction Material Producers (IMSAD Turkey), production in July of this year saw a nearly 30% rise compared to July of the previous year.

The highest growth in production was observed in metal structures and construction parts, witnessing a 46% increase, followed closely by the production of doors and windows at 45.6%. However, the Association asserts that this uptick in production will not impact construction prices, which continue to rise.
With a considerable amount of housing, especially social housing, currently being built in Turkey, there remains a deficit in construction materials. This implies that prices for these materials are unlikely to decrease.
Presently, the most lucrative investment remains the purchase of real estate during its construction phase. Developers are offering the most competitive prices, along with interest-free installment plans. For those considering investment properties, consulting our experts is recommended.
