Saudi Arabia Has Unveiled Jaumur, a New Luxury Marina Destination Within NEOM, Set to Redefine Waterfront Living on the Red Sea Coast

Saudi Arabia has officially unveiled Jaumur, one of the newest flagship destinations within the ambitious NEOM development. Designed as an exclusive waterfront community on the Red Sea, the project aims to set a new global benchmark for luxury coastal living by combining cutting-edge architecture, sustainability, and world-class marina infrastructure.

At the heart of Jaumur will be a spectacular 1.5-kilometre superyacht marina, surrounded by approximately 700 private waterfront villas and 500 luxury marina apartments. Every residence has been planned to maximize panoramic sea views while offering direct access to one of the region’s most pristine coastlines.

The master plan also includes two luxury hotels, premium dining experiences, boutique retail, leisure facilities, and vibrant public spaces designed to create a seamless connection between modern urban living and the natural beauty of the Red Sea.

Developed as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, Jaumur reflects the Kingdom’s long-term ambition to diversify its economy through tourism, innovation, and sustainable development. As one of NEOM’s signature coastal destinations, the project is expected to attract international investors, yacht owners, and luxury travelers seeking a new lifestyle centered around the sea.

While construction is progressing, Saudi Arabia has not yet announced official completion dates or sales timelines for the residential units. Nevertheless, Jaumur represents another significant milestone in the Kingdom’s transformation into a leading global destination for luxury real estate and tourism.
